Cancellation Policy
To ensure the safe, professional and efficient delivery of all treatments, the following booking policy applies to all clients of Zassy Aesthetics. All clients are required to complete and submit the Zassy Aesthetics Consent Form in full prior to their appointment. This is a mandatory requirement due to the nature of the treatments provided. Failure to complete the consent form before arrival may result in the appointment being cancelled or refused, and the applicable cancellation policy will apply. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Any deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of the appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment via their online account up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Changes made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) will automatically forfeit their deposit. Deposits are strictly non-refundable in the event of late cancellations, late rescheduling, or failure to attend. Zassy Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments where clients fail to comply with booking requirements, including completion of consent documentation or adherence to salon policies.
