Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, treatments and services provided by Zassy Aesthetics. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website, booking system and social media platforms are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that appointment. Treatment prices vary depending on the service selected and are set out in our current price list.
Booking & Payments
All appointments are subject to availability and are only secured once a booking deposit or full payment has been received, as advised at the time of booking. Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods communicated to you. Zassy Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where payment has not been successfully completed.
Cancelations & Missed Appointments
We operate a strict cancellation policy due to the nature of our services and the time allocated to each client. A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid or the full treatment fee being charged. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and charged at one hundred per cent (100%) of the treatment cost. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in the treatment time being reduced in order to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings. Clients arriving more than ten (10) minutes late may be refused treatment and the appointment will be treated as a no-show, with the full treatment fee charged.
Age Restrictions
Clients must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to receive treatments unless otherwise stated. Certain treatments may be available to clients aged sixteen (16) to seventeen (17) with written parental or guardian consent provided prior to the appointment. Proof of age may be requested.
Medical Conditions and Consultation
All clients are required to complete a consultation and medical questionnaire prior to treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or skin sensitivities. Zassy Aesthetics accepts no liability for adverse reactions arising from a client’s failure to disclose such information. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Pregnancy
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Clients must inform us if they are pregnant at the time of booking so that appropriate advice can be given. Zassy Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where it may pose a risk.
Treatment Results & After Care
Individual treatment results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Aftercare advice will be provided following treatment and must be followed in full. Zassy Aesthetics will not be responsible for adverse reactions, reduced results or complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. If a client is dissatisfied with a treatment, they must notify Zassy Aesthetics within forty-eight (48) hours of the appointment to allow the matter to be reviewed. Where appropriate, a corrective treatment may be offered at our discretion.
Photography & Marketing
Photographs or videos may be taken for treatment records or marketing purposes with the client’s consent. Clients who do not wish their images to be used must notify us prior to treatment.
Personal Belonging
Zassy Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Amendments to Terms
Zassy Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
